At 23 Perfume, we want you to love your fragrance. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund terms below:

Returns

• Returns are only accepted for unused and unopened perfume bottles in their original packaging.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• To initiate a return, please email support@23perfume.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened perfume bottles, testers, or partially used products.

• Discounted or promotional items.

• Gift cards or free gifts.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. Please contact us immediately if your order arrives broken.
